Project Demos IT 102

Project demos will take place in room IT102.
There is an open door policy and ALL multimedia students in the college are welcome to attend, as indeed are ANY students staff or visitors!
Students should be ready to start by 12.15 and the first demo will start at 12.30.

It is advisable that:
- you check all you presentation materials beforehand.
- you should use the computer provided in the lab. (laptops will cause delays & may not be physically connected to the network)
- students should ensure that their presentation will run smoothly by rehearsing in situ before hand.

Project Presentations - Friday D01

Due to demand in the auditorium, this year's project presentations will take place in D01 this coming Friday.

For a number of reasons, the presentations will start at 12.30 (SHARP!) and run back to back finishing at 5.15.

With so many split projects this year, I have decided to assign the running order and duration.
I will post this information on Wednesday.

DEADLINES

Complete your Final Product by Fri 11-Apr-08. ARCHIVE IT!

Complete your Final Report on Wed 15-Apr-08 and submit at class at 11.00.
make sure to include a full walkthrough of the system with actual screen dumps.

Complete your Presentation before Friday 18th.
As a backup or for use in your system, use Captivate or Camtasia to create a series of mini videos of your system. This should be hosted on your website. Your website should have a link to a demos page from which we can see these videos (preferably as swfs)

Presentation Day will be Friday 18th.
